In waiting it out, I reflect on the current world of misunderstandings and missing each other’s points, like it happens on WhatsApp and other fast-changing forms of communication. I am talking not just about personal relationships, but also calling into question the inner ego in relation to society.

In working it out I work with improvisation as well as my own electro-acoustic compositions, which I recontextualise over and over. This creates a mixture of avantgardist song structures and electronic soundscapes. Follow me is a collection of sound scores and music graphics, which were and are conceived for ensembles and for performance. But they can also offer a completely different reading, a kind of mind game, an invitation to contemplation in silence. (Maja Osojnik)
